Tiramisu Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups thickened cream
250g mascarpone cheese
1/3 cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
1 packet of ladyfingers
3 sachets Sub40 coffee
Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
Prepare the Cream Mixture: Add thickened cream to a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed with electric mixers (or use a stand mixer). Slowly add caster sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form. Add mascarpone cheese and fold in until combined. Set aside.
Prepare the Coffee Mixture: Add Sub40 coffee and coffee liqueur (if using) to a shallow bowl.
Assemble the Tiramisu: Quickly dip the ladyfingers in the coffee mixture, ensuring they are wet but not soaked, and lay them in a single layer on the bottom of an 8x8-inch pan or a similar size dish. Smooth half of the mascarpone mixture over the top of the ladyfingers. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers. Smooth the remaining mascarpone mixture over the top.
Dust with Cocoa Powder: Generously dust cocoa powder over the top using a fine mesh strainer.

Refrigerate: Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 3-4 hours or up to overnight before serving.
