Great coffee starts at the source. We use 100% Arabica beans, selected for smoothness, depth, and character. Grown at high altitude, picked at peak ripeness, and sourced from growers who value ethics as much as quality.

Cold-brewed for 18hrs
We brew cold. Slowly. For 18 hours. Cold brewing draws out depth and complexity without the bitterness or acidity that comes from heat. Full-bodied flavour, natural sweetness, clean finish.

Freeze-dried for 40 hours
Most coffee gets scorched into submission. Ours is freeze-dried at -40°C over 40 hours. This preserves the oils, aromatics, and flavour compounds that heat destroys. Slower. More expensive. Worth it.

Sealed fresh
Once freeze-dried, it's sealed immediately. Airtight. Light-proof. Each sachet locks in aroma and freshness until you open it.
