Returns
If something's not right, contact us at support@sub40.com within 30 days.
Products must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll arrange a refund or replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law.
We don't offer refunds for change of mind, but may provide store credit at our discretion for unopened products.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
