Sub40 is specialty-grade coffee, cold-brewed for 18 hours and freeze-dried at -40°C to preserve depth, aroma, and flavour. It dissolves in water, hot or cold, and holds up however you take it.

Sub40 started because too often, those standards had to bend. Not anymore.

We begin with carefully sourced specialty-grade beans, roasted for depth and balance, then cold-brewed to draw out a smooth, complex profile. Only then is it freeze-dried, a process that locks in peak flavour without additives or shortcuts.

The result is extraordinary coffee that holds up wherever you are. Hot, iced, black, with milk.
